Mummy's Helper

Today I helped Mummy shovel our driveway. She isn't very strong so I tried to make things easier for her by spreading the snow out for her. She needs lots of encouaragement so I told her things like, "Mummy, dat's a good job you did shovelling," and "Good boy Mummy! You did it!" She kept trying to put her shovel down. She said it was so she could take some pictures of me, but I know it's because she wanted me to do all the work. I told her, "Get the big black shovel Mummy. You shovel with me, okay." It seemed to do the trick. We moved a lot of snow around. "Ho. Dat's a lot of snow." Tomorrow Mummy says we're gonna go for a sled ride. I bet she will need some help with that too.

That is wonderful that you were able to help your Mom shovel the snow. Keep up the good work.

Thanks, Ben! You're a great boy! Daddy sure liked coming home to a (relatively) shovelled driveway. Too bad there'll be another four feet of snow burying the car and driveway by morning ...

Ben, you're such a sweet, funny kid. I wish I could have been there to hear you encouraging your mom and telling her she's a good boy, that made me giggle out loud just reading it. I'm going to read this post over and over again so I can smile.

Ben, you are one funny little man. Good job on the shoveling. I wish I had a helper like you. You would make the job a lot more fun.

What a great little helper you are Ben. I could have used a helper so shovel some snow at my house this week too but tomorrow it should be on its way out so I am going to leave mine alone.
Maybe if I had a helper like you, I would have gone out to shovel it...maybe not though. I hate snow.

Ben please come to my house and help your grandpa shovel his driveway. Its a terrible mess and I am not sure if I can do it. Bring that big truck.

Me too, come do mine...I had to put my mom's xterra in four wheel drive to get out, and then we traded her back for our civic and I'm worried about getting out of my driveway tomorrow. How soon can you be here?

Hey Ben, you haven't posted in a while. I hope you aree not still outside shovelling the snow. I wonder what you have been up to then. You should tell your auntie. She's sick and a new post would cheer her up for work tomorrow. Also, its a long way till christmas so I need a fix.
