Waiting Is Hard
I like babies. A lot. I can hardly wait for Hannah to get here. I think about her and ask about her all the time. It doesn't make me feel any better when people tell me it's only a month till she gets here. That's a long time. 
While I'm waiting for her to get here I've been getting in some practice with some of the babies I know. Here I am with baby Jacob. He's my friend Sophie's brand new little brother. Mommy let's him come over so I can watch him.
It's not easy saying goodbye to him. I cried for a good twenty minutes when he left yesterday. I wanted him to stay. Mommy says Hannah is coming soon and that we can keep her for always. That didn't make me feel much better since it's a long time till she comes.
Good thing that Mommy found me someone else to take care of. Of course, then Sammy started crying because he wanted a baby too. She was going to get us another one so that Sammy and I could each have our own babies to play with, but when we got to Walmart we decided we'd rather have new trucks.

Such a sweet little man. You are going to be a GREAT daddy some day! So nice that you have a pretend baby to practice on so that you will be the best big brother ever! Hannah will be so lucky to have two of the best big brothers to take care of her.
It will be so good when Hannah comes. You are going to be the best big brother ever. I hope that you will always want to look after her the way you do now. Somehow I think that what I know about you, this will not be an issue. I love you so much. Grandpa.
